Řízení lineárního pohonu HIWIN pomocí NI SoftMotion

Abstract

Táto práca sa zaoberá problematikou riadenia trojfázového lineárneho synchrónneho motora od spoločnosti HIWIN pomocou modulu NI SoftMotion a frekvenčného meniča D1-N na platforme NI Compact RIO. V úvodnej časti je analyzovaná klasifikácia lineárnych motorov, princíp funkčnosti lineárnych synchrónnych motorov, popis zbernice EtherCAT a modulu NI SoftMotion. Ďalej sa práca venuje použitému hardvér, jeho parametrom, konfigurácii a nastavením regulácie pohonu. Záverečná časť je zameraná na návrh a realizáciu riadenia osi a verifikáciu presnosti pohybu.This thesis deals with the control of HIWIN three-phase linear synchronous motor using NI SoftMotion and frequency inverter D1-N on the NI Compact RIO platform. In the introductory section is discussed the classification of linear motors, the principle of functionality of linear synchronous motors, described the fieldbus EtherCAT and the NI SoftMotion module. Further work is dedicated to the hardware used, its parameter, configuration and the regulation of drive control. The final part focuses on the design and implementation of axis control and movement accuracy verification.
