Hodnocení finanční situace podniku Pilana Tools a.s. a návrhy na její zlepšení

Abstract

V bakalářské práci je posouzena finanční situace podniku Pilana Tools a.s , která se zabývá výrobou a distribucí pilových kotoučů. Finanční situace podniku je posouzena prostřednictvím zpracované finanční analýzy za období 2006 - 2008. Výsledky finanční analýzy jsou zhodnoceny a současně jsou vymezeny problémové oblasti a nedostatky, na jejichž podkladě je v bakalářské práci vypracován návrh optimálních řešení na zlepšení stávající situace podniku. V práci je poukázáno také na silné a slabé stránky podniku.In the bachelor work there is financial situation of a firm characterested, which is engeged in in makes cutter tools and their distribuction brand Pilana Tools a.s. The financial situation is characterested by means of a worked up financial analysis in a period of years 2006 – 2008. The results of the financial analysis are eveluated and at the some time there are specified its problematic parts and imperfections. On which basis there is elaborated a plan included optimal solution for the improvement of the present situation of a concern. In the work there are weak and strong points of a firm pointed out.
