V teoretickej časti sú popísané pojmy a metódy súvisiace s tvorbou marketingového plánu. Analytická časť obsahuje analýzu prostredia, konkurencie, SWOT analýzu a analýzu súčasných marketingových aktivít. Návrhová časť pozostáva zo stanovenia krátkodobých a dlhodobých cieľov, ako aj z návrhu marketingových aktivít, rozpočtu a kontroly, ktoré vychádzali z predchádzajúcich analýz. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor’s thesis focuses on creating a marketing plan for a car-buying advisory service called Sibia. In the theoretical part, terms and methods related to the creation of a marketing plan are described. The analytical part contains the analysis of the environment, competition, SWOT analysis and the analysis of current marketing activities. The proposal part consists of setting short- and long-term goals, as well as the proposal for marketing activities, budgeting, and controlling, which were based on the previous analyses. | cs |
