The bachelor thesis aims to analyze the marketing strategy of the company SIBIA and propose improvements. The objective has been achieved. The thesis is well-organized and written in appropriate academic English. Analytical tools are applied adequately. The practical part is logically connected to the theoretical framework, and the proposed recommendations are realistic, though occasionally too general. A more specific quantification of expected benefits or timeline for implementation would strengthen the applied part. Despite these minor shortcomings, the thesis demonstrates the student's ability to combine theory with practice and delivers applicable outputs. I recommend the thesis for defense.
