dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout možnosti financování developerského projektu a porovnat jejich optimálnost z pohledu developera. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány všeobecné informace ohledně rozdělení stavebních zakázek, procesu realizace stavby, developerské činnosti, účastnících stavby a možnostech financování. V praktické části je popsán proces realizace a financování developerského projektu výstavby bytového domu v Humpolci. Rozebírá se zde dispozice budovy, návrh a vyhodnocení indikativních nabídek a následný prodej bytových jednotek dle prodejního plánu.	cs
