Možnosti financování stavební zakázky

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout možnosti financování developerského projektu a porovnat jejich optimálnost z pohledu developera. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány všeobecné informace ohledně rozdělení stavebních zakázek, procesu realizace stavby, developerské činnosti, účastnících stavby a možnostech financování. V praktické části je popsán proces realizace a financování developerského projektu výstavby bytového domu v Humpolci. Rozebírá se zde dispozice budovy, návrh a vyhodnocení indikativních nabídek a následný prodej bytových jednotek dle prodejního plánu.The topic of the bachelor thesis is to propose possibilities of financing the development project and to compare their optimality from the point of view of the developer. The theoretical part of the thesis describes general information on the division of building orders, the process of realization of the construction, the development activity, the participants in the construction and the possibilities of financing. The practical part describes the process of realization and financing of the development project of the apartment building in Humpolec. It discusses the layout of the building, the design and evaluation of indicative offers and the subsequent sale of housing units according to the sales plan
