LES IS MORE - Parafráze na původní citát od Roberta Browninga, ovšem známějšího z úst Ludwiga Miese van der Rohe. Neboli LES JE VÍCE. Snaha splynout s přidruženým lesem, experiment s volnou urbánní strukturou. Dispozičně velkorysá organická architektura. Komunikace a meziprostory v bytovém domě, jako společenský prostor.
