dc.description.abstractTáto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom mikrourbanizmu a budovy radnice pre Brno - Střed. Cieľom tejto práce je nájsť vhodnú stratégiu zástavby otvoreného mestského bloku. Riešené územie sa nachádza na nároží ulice Hybešová a Nové Sady. Víziou je vítaná moderná radnica, ktorá podporuje dialóg s občanmi, je funkčným pracoviskom a miestom stretávania mešťanov, úradníkov a politikov. Z radnice možnosť vidieť mesto v práci a naopak. Radnica je obklopená nielen verejným priestorom, ale doslova napádaná občanmi vo forme trhu s verejnými službami pod jednou platformou. Dôraz bol kladený na urbanistický a architektonický koncept pre vhodné prepojenie územia a formy novej radnice s mestom. Radnica kladie dôležitý dôraz nielen pre samotné územie, ale celé mesto.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis concerns about the design of microurbanism and the city hall building for Brno - Střed. The aim of this work is to find a suitable strategy for the development of an open city block. The area is located on the corner of Hybešová and Nové Sady streets. The vision is a welcome modern city hall, which promotes dialogue with citizens, is a functional workplace and a meeting place for people, officials, and politicians. From the city hall the opportunity to see the city at work. The city hall is surrounded not only by a public space but literally attacked by citizens in the form of a public services market under one platform. Emphasis was placed on the urban and architectural concept for a suitable connection of the territory and the form of the new city hall with the city. The town hall places an important emphasis not only on the territory itself but on the whole city.en
