Analýza nákladů a cen vodovodů a kanalizací

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a cen vodovodů a kanalizací. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní informace související s vodovody a kanalizacemi. Provoz vodohospodářské infrastruktury, fáze životního cyklu stavebního díla a cena stavebního díla. Dále je zde popsán způsob tvorby kalkulace ceny vody. Praktická část se v první části zabývá zjišťováním rozdílů cen mezi rozpočty sestavenými v různých fázích životního cyklu stavebního díla. Druhá část práce se věnuje vytvoření přehledu vývoje nákladových položek, vznikajících při provozu vodovodu a kanalizace a vstupujících do stanovení ceny pro vodné a stočné.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of costs and prices of water pipes and sewerage. In the theoretical part, basic information related to water pipes and se-wers is presented. Operation of the water management infrastructure, phases of the life cycle of the construction work and the price of the construction work. Further-more, the method of calculating the price of water is described here. In the first part, the practical part deals with determining price differences between budgets drawn up in different phases of the life cycle of the construction work. The second part of the work is devoted to the creation of an overview of the development of cost items arising during the operation of water main and gravity sewer system and entering into the determination of the price for water and sewage.
