    Návrh a realizácia emulačného modelu siete Campus LAN s implementovaním mechanizmov QoS

    The content of the presented article is focused on the problem of data transmission ofthe interactive communication in the Campus LAN networks. This article contains a proposal andthe procedure for the realization of the corporate network. It further describes the configuration andsettings of the modern network traffic emulator and the program for the evaluation of the obtaineddata. At the end of the article is analysis of the suitability of FIFO and CBWFQ QoS mechanisms inthe Campus LAN networks.

    Optimalizácia odhadu vzdialenosti v bezdrôtovej ad-hoc senzorovej sieti

    This thesis deals with the processing of the RSSI parameter representing the received signal strength of IEEE 802.15.4 standard in the 2.4 GHz ISM band. Signal samples are processed with approximation methods. On a basis of a signal strength of received frames a distance between two sensor nodes using the log-normal shadowing radio propagation model (LNSM) is estimated. The work also deals with the experimental implementation of the algorithm for dynamic calibration of coefficients necessary to calculate the estiamted distance. There is made the design, processing and verification of this system in practice.

    Prediktívny regulátor v prúdovej slučke asynchrónneho motora

    The article deals with using a linear predictive controller, exactly explicit Model Predictive Controller (MPC) to control the current loop of induction motor using vector control . Simulation results were obtained in Matlab / Simulink using Multiparametric Toolbox.
