Finanční analýza stavebního podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhotovit finanční analýzu společnosti MSO Trade a.s. v období 2012-2016. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. V první části je teoreticky definována finanční analýza, její záměr, uživatelé, dále byly definovány zdroje dat a metody použité pro posouzení finanční situace. V bakalářské práci byly použity absolutní, rozdílové a poměrové ukazatele. V druhé části byla sestavena případová studie vybraného podniku., pomocí metod popsaných v teoretické části. Na základě výstupů z finanční analýzy byla sestavena celková shrnutí, ze kterých vychází doporučení pro další směřování podniku.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a financial analysis of MSO Trade a.s. in the period 2012-2016. The thesis consists of two main parts. In the first part is theooretically defined financial analysis, its intention, the users, the data sources and the methods used to assess the financial situation. The bachelor thesis uses absolute, differential and ratio indicators. In the second part a case study of the selected company was prepared using the methods described in the theoretical part. Based on the outputs of the financial analysis, overall summaries have been compiled, which draws recommendations for further business direction.
