Technologické řešení hrubé vrchní stavby bytového domu v Brně

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stavebně technologický projekt hrubé vrchní stavby bytového domu v Brně. Jedná se o čtyřpodlažní zděnou budovu s monolitickými stropními konstrukcemi. Budova je zastřešena dřevěným krovem. Práce se zabývá technickou zprávou, výkazem výměr, technologickými postupy výstavby, technickou zprávou zařízení staveniště, návrhem strojní sestavy, kontrolním a zkušebním plánem, bezpečností práce, a nakonec porovnáním různých způsobů betonáže.This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the construction technological project of a gross superstructure of the apartment building in Brno. It is a four-storey building made of bricks with cast-in-place floor structures. The building is roofed with a timber roof truss. The thesis includes a technical report, bill of quantities, technological methods of construction, technical report of a site equipment, machine draft report, inspection and test plan, work safety and finally comparing of different ways of concreting.
