Konstrukční návrh základního ohříváku topné vody pro vyvedení tepla z jaderné elektrárny Dukovany pro město Brno

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem základního ohříváku topné vody jako součásti výměníkové stanice v projektu vyvedení tepla z jaderné elektrárny Dukovany pro město Brno. Úvodní část práce obsahuje rešerši zaměřenou na typy výměníků tepla, požadavky na ně, jejich princip činnosti a oblasti využití. Dále jsou popsány konkrétní typy ohříváků topné vody, které přicházejí v úvahu pro danou aplikaci včetně možností regulace. Následuje představení dvou variant zapojení – dvoustupňového a třístupňového ohřevu a jejich porovnání. Bylo provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení zahrnující výpočet ukazatelů jako je čistá současná hodnota, vnitřní výnosové procento a diskontovaná doba návratnosti. Na základě výsledků byla zvolena výhodnější varianta a popsáno její začlenění do tepelného oběhu EDU. Závěrečná část práce je věnována bilančnímu výpočtu hmotnostních a energetických toků uvnitř ohříváku, na který navazuje tepelný a hydraulický návrh zaměřený na stanovení základních konstrukčních parametrů zařízení, na jejichž základě byla zpracována výkresová dokumentace.

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of a basic heating water heater as part of a heat exchanger station within the project of supplying heat from the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant to the city of Brno. The introductory part of the thesis includes a literature review focused on types of heat exchangers, their requirements, principles of operation, and areas of application. Furthermore, specific types of heating water heaters suitable for the given application are described, including possible control methods. The thesis then presents two connection options - two-stage and three-stage heating - and compares them. An economic evaluation was conducted, including the calculation of indicators such as net present value, internal rate of return, and discounted payback period. Based on the results, the more advantageous option was selected and its integration into the thermal circuit of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant (EDU) was described. The final part of the thesis is dedicated to the balance calculation of mass and energy flows inside the heater, followed by the thermal and hydraulic design focused on determining the basic structural parameters of the device, on the basis of which the technical drawing documentation was prepared.
