Podnikatelský plán pro rozvoj podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je návrh podnikatelského plánu pro expanzi společnosti. Společnost hodlá postavit třípodlažní budovu s cílem relativně rychlého zisku ve snaze o další expanzi nad rámec tohoto projektu. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvořit pevnou půdu pro tento projekt finančně i strategicky. Nejprve teoretická část poskytuje pochopení tématu pro tento konkrétní projekt a definice potřebné pro jeho správné pochopení. Poté následuje analytická část, kde se získá a vyhodnotí všechna data, aby bylo možné podle toho jednat. V návaznosti na návrh podnikatelského plánu jsou v této části vysvětleny veškeré informace o projektu, stejně jako pravidla a možnosti financování a vizuálu projektu pro dva různé scénáře prodejní strategie. Na závěr je učiněn závěr shrnující výstupy práce.

The subject of this thesis is focused on a proposal of a business plan for an expansion of a company. The company is looking to build a three-story building with an aim of a relatively quick profit in the pursue of further expansion beyond this project. The main aim of the thesis is to create a strong ground for this project financially and strategically. Firstly, theoretical part gives an understanding on the topic for this particular project and definitions needed to understand it properly. Afterwards, analytical part is done to obtain and assess all the data to be able to act accordingly. Following with the proposal of the business plan, this section explains all the information about the project as well as regulations and options for financing and visual for the project for two different scenarios of sale strategy. Lastly, a conclusion is made to summarize the outputs of the thesis to give clear view.
