Projektový management v motorsportovém týmu

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá projektovým riadením v motoršportovom tíme s dôrazom na jeho plánovanú expanziu do vyššej pretekárskej série. Teoretická časť objasňuje princípy projektového manažmentu a špecifiká jeho aplikácie v technicky orientovaných tímoch. Analýza hodnotí súčasný stav v sérii B a porovnáva ho s očakávaniami série A. Na základe zistení sú navrhnuté opatrenia v oblasti organizačnej štruktúry, plánovania, riadenia rizík a implementácie zmien. Cieľom práce je vytvoriť praktický rámec, ktorý umožní tímu zvládnuť činnosť vo viacerých sériách bez straty efektivity.The thesis focuses on project management in a motorsport team, with an emphasis on its planned expansion into a higher racing series. The theoretical part explains the principles of project management and the specifics of its application in technically oriented teams. The analytical section evaluates the current state in series B and compares it with the expectations of series A. Based on the findings, measures are proposed in the areas of organizational structure, planning, risk management and change implementation. The aim of the thesis is to create a practical framework that will enable the team to operate in multiple series without losing efficiency.
