NOVÝ ŽIVOT PRO MĚSTSKÝ PIVOVAR

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá konverzí areálu bývalého pivovaru ve Vyškově. Areál je v lukrativním prostředí mezi zámkem, zámeckými zahradami a historickým centrem města (náměstím), proto jsem jako novou náplň areálu navrhla komunitní centrum s kulturním vyžitím pro město. Původně uzavřený areál otevírám do všech směrů, aby sloužil jako průchozí článek města a veřejný prostor. Cílem práce je totiž vdechnout pivovaru nový život a přivést do něj lidi. V návrhu odstraňuji průmyslové a utilitární stavby a vybavení, a naopak rekonstruuji a modernizuji hodnotné historické budovy pivovaru. Areál doplňuji nově navrženými budovami a podzemním parkovištěm, které odcloní dopravu do podzemí. Nově také propojují území z jihovýchodu s ulicí Palánek. V areálu mi nově vznikají dvě malá náměstí-jedno je kompaktnější, vybavené posezením, okrasnou zelení a vodními plochami, druhé je větší a volně otevřené. To slouží pro pořádání různých akcí podporujících komunitu, jako jsou trhy, festivaly, slavnosti, letní kino, ... Novou náplní budov je například restaurace s řemeslným pivovarem, kavárna, klubovny, obchody a služby, fitness centrum, taneční klub, ale hlavně kulturní dům. Ten byl předmětem podrobnějšího návrhu. Jeho součástí je taneční sál pro plesy a taneční, dětské kroužky (ZUŠ) a přednáškový sál.

This thesis deals with the conversion of the former brewery complex in Vyškov. The site is located in a lucrative area between the castle, castle gardens, and the historic town center (the main square). For this reason, I have proposed transforming the site into a community center with cultural facilities for the town. The formerly closed-off area is opened in all directions to serve as a public space and a pedestrian link within the town. The aim of the project is to breathe new life into the brewery and attract people to the site. In the design, I remove industrial and utilitarian buildings and equipment, while preserving and modernizing the brewery’s valuable historical structures. The area is complemented by newly designed buildings and an underground parking facility that relocates traffic below ground. The site is also newly connected to Palánek Street from the southeast. Two new small squares are created within the complex: one is more compact, equipped with seating, ornamental greenery, and water features; the other is larger and more open. This larger square is intended for hosting various community-supporting events such as markets, festivals, celebrations, and an open-air summer cinema. The new functions of the buildings include, for example, a restaurant with a craft brewery, a café, club rooms, shops and services, a fitness center, a dance club, and most notably, a cultural center. The cultural center was the subject of a more detailed design. It includes a ballroom for dance events and balls, spaces for children‘s extracurricular activities (art school), and a lecture hall.
