Požadavky na manažera stavebního podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o požadavcích na manažera stavebního podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vlastnosti manažera, znalosti, manažerskou činnost a schopnost vést lidi. Praktická část bakalářské práce je založena na hypotézách, které se ověřují pomocí dotazníkového průzkumu. Tento průzkum především zjišťuje, jaké jsou kladeny požadavky na manažera stavebního podniku a zda studenti Fakulty stavební Vysokého učení technického v Brně tyto požadavky splňují.Bachelor’s thesis deals with the requirements for manager of the construction company. The theoretical part focused on manager attributes, knowledge, managerial activities and the ability to lead the team. The practical part bachelor’s thesis based on the hypotheses, which I checked by a questionnaire survey. This survey finds especially which requirements are placed on managers in the construction company and whether students of Faculty of Civil Engineering Brno University of Technology are comply with these requirements.
