NOVÝ ŽIVOT PRO MĚSTSKÝ PIVOVAR

Abstract

Areál Vyškovského pivovaru a jeho okolie predstavuje jedinečné miesto s osobitou atmosférou, v ktorej sa prelína priemyselný charakter brownfieldu s bohatou spoločenskou a historickou hodnotou. Tento komplex má čaro, ktoré vytvárajú nielen jeho budovy, ale aj samotné prostredie. V minulosti slúžil nielen ako priestor výroby, ale aj ako významné centrum spoločenského života, čo ešte viac podčiarkuje jeho potenciál do budúcnosti. Základnou myšlienkou návrhu je oživenie života na mieste, ktoré v minulosti slúžilo ako významné centrum kultúrneho diania. Tento zámer prirodzene vyplynul aj z aktuálnych potrieb mesta Vyškov – chýba tu súčasný kultúrny areál s priestormi pre rôznorodé spoločenské a umelecké aktivity. Návrh preto reaguje nielen na genia loci miesta, ale aj na konkrétne požiadavky komunity. Jadro práce sa venuje návrhu rekonštrukcie budovy bývalej stáčiarne a pivných pivníc. Súčasťou návrhu je tanečná sála, určená pre plesy, spoločenské večery či iné kultúrne podujatia. Dopĺňa ju divadelná sála, ktorá poskytne zázemie nielen miestnym umeleckým súborom, ale aj hosťujúcim umelcom. Vonkajšie priestory areálu sú navrhnuté ako flexibilné plochy pre konanie mestských trhov, festivalov, slávností a verejných podujatí, čím sa celý komplex otvára obyvateľom a návštevníkom mesta. Dôležitým momentom je aj prepojenie areálu s neďalekým zámkom a zámockou záhradou – návrh vytvára prirodzené predĺženie tohto priestoru, čím vzniká príjemné prostredie pre oddych, stretnutia a pobyt v meste. V neposlednom rade je ambíciou návrhu aj obnova tradície miestneho pivovarníctva v podobe malého remeselného pivovaru. Ten bude prepojený s reštauráciou, ktorá okrem iného dopĺňa potreby kultúrneho a spoločenského centra.

The Vyškov Brewery area and its surroundings represent a unique place with a distinctive atmosphere, where the industrial character of the brownfield site intertwines with rich social and historical value. This complex has charm, created not only by its buildings but also by the environment itself. In the past, it served not only as a production space but also as a significant center of social life, further emphasizing its potential for the future. The main idea of the design is to revive life in a place that once served as a significant center of cultural events. This intention naturally arose from the current needs of the town of Vyškov – there is a lack of a modern cultural complex with spaces for various social and artistic activities. Therefore, the work responds not only to the genius loci of the place but also to the specific needs of the community. The core of the work focuses on the design of the reconstruction of the former bottling plant and beer cellars. The building includes a dance hall, intended for balls, social evenings, and other cultural events. Additionally, a theater hall is included, offering facilities for both local artistic groups and guest artists. The outdoor spaces of the area are designed as flexible areas for city markets, festivals, celebrations, and public events, thereby opening the entire complex to the residents and visitors of the town. An important aspect is also the connection of the area with the nearby castle and castle gardens – the design creates a natural extension of this space, resulting in a pleasant environment for relaxation, meetings, and staying in the town. Last but not least, the ambition of the design is also to restore the tradition of local brewing in the form of a small craft brewery. This will be connected with a restaurant, which, among other things, complements the needs of the cultural and social center.
