Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti VPO Protivanov, a.s. pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. Práci lze rozdělit do tří částí. První část shrnuje teoretické poznatky v oblasti strategického řízení a měření výkonnosti podniku. Druhá část se věnuje analýze současného stavu společnosti na základě finanční a strategické analýzy v letech 2019–2023, zahrnující srovnání s konkurencí. Ve třetí části je navržena implementace modelu Balanced Scorecard, včetně stanovení strategických cílů, ukazatelů, cílových hodnot a doporučených opatření pro zvýšení výkonnosti podniku.
The thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of VPO Protivanov, a.s. using the Balanced Scorecard method. The thesis can be divided into three parts. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge in the field of strategic management and measurement of company performance. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the company based on financial and strategic analysis in 2019-2023, including a comparison with competitors. The third part proposes the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard model, including the determination of strategic goals, indicators, target values and recommended measures to improve the performance of the company.

Student ve své prezentaci seznámil komisi s cíli, řešením a výsledky, ke kterým v závěrečné práci dospěl. Komise se poté seznámila s posudky a hodnocením vedoucího práce a oponenta. Otázky v posudku vedoucího nebyly položeny, otázky z posudku oponenta zodpověděl v plném rozsahu.
