Abstract

This paper brings new type of electronically adjustable bilinear two port (allowing zero, pole and gain adjustment) applied in simple two-band frequency corrector. The bilinear two port employs single current controlled voltage differencing current conveyor transconductance amplifier performing useful inter-terminal transfer relations and electronic adjustability of three parameters. Exemplary features of bilinear two port as well as frequency corrector simulated in Cadence software (ON Semiconductor 0.35 mu m I3T CMOS process) are compared with theory.
