| dc.description.abstract | The subject of this master´s thesis is an estimation of the company value by using the yield valuation method called Discounted Cash Flow. The theoretical part of this work defines basic concepts, reasons for valuation and methods of valuation. The practical part of this master´s thesis includes an estimation of the value of the company named PAPCEL, a.s. The practical part also includes analyses of external and internal environment.
