Ocenění podniku

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je ocenění podniku pomocí výnosové metody diskontovaného peněžního toku. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, důvody pro oceňování a jednotlivé přístupy k oceňování. Praktická část se zabývá samotným oceněním společnosti PAPCEL, a. s. Součástí praktické části jsou analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního potenciálu společnosti. Závěrem práce je výrok o hodnotě podniku.The subject of this master´s thesis is an estimation of the company value by using the yield valuation method called Discounted Cash Flow. The theoretical part of this work defines basic concepts, reasons for valuation and methods of valuation. The practical part of this master´s thesis includes an estimation of the value of the company named PAPCEL, a.s. The practical part also includes analyses of external and internal environment. In the conclusion of this paper, a statement of value is given.
