Vlakem do Dvora - Přestupní terminál ve Dvoře Králové nad Labem

Abstract

Nový přestupní terminál v bývalém královském městě Dvoře Králové nad Labem sdružuje a propojuje veřejnou dopravu s individuální. Hlavním cílem návrhu je funkční sloučení veřejné autobusové dopravy městské i příměstské, chodců a zavedení vlakových spojů na již existující vlečce. V současné době je město spojováno hlavně se ZOO Dvůr Králové a vnímáno spíše jako "Dvůr u ZOO". Tím město ztrácí podstatnou část turistů. Koncept návrhu tedy je vytvoření linií, které vedou či navádějí cestujícího k daným bodům zájmu, ale primární zůstává přehledný otevřený prostor s přímými vazbami na okolí – město. V návrhu je kladen důraz na pohodlí cestujícího a snadnou orientaci v prostoru, v reakci na předpokládaný vývoj struktury a infrastruktury města se znovuzískáním jeho identity.The new transfer terminal in the former royal town of Dvůr Králové nad Labem brings together and connects public transport with individual. The main objective of the proposal is the functional merger of public bus and suburban bus services, pedestrians and the introduction of train connections on the existing siding. At present the town is mainly associated with the ZOO Dvůr Králové and is perceived more as "Dvůr by ZOO" then city itself with history. As a result of popularity of ZOO city loses a substantial part of the tourists. Concept of design is based on lines that lead or guide the passenger to the given points of interest in the city, but the primary remains a clear open space with direct links to the surroundings - the city. The proposal focuses on passenger comfort and easy orientation in space in response to the anticipated development of the structure and infrastructure of the city with the restoration of its identity.
