Posouzení informačního systému firmy a návrh změn

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením informačního systému kontaktního centra banky a navržením vhodných změn směřujících k jeho zefektivnění. První část práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům, která tvoří základ pro následnou analýzu. Ve druhé části je představena samotná společnost a provedeny analýzy jejího vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, stejně jako detailní rozbor současného stavu informačního systému kontaktního centra. Třetí část práce obsahuje konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení systému, které vycházejí z provedených analýz a mají za cíl zvýšit efektivitu a kvalitu poskytovaných služeb.This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the evaluation of the information system used by the bank’s contact center and proposes suitable changes aimed at improving its efficiency. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to theoretical foundations that serve as a basis for the subsequent analysis. The second part introduces the company itself and includes an analysis of both its internal and external environment, as well as a detailed examination of the current state of the contact center’s information system. The third part presents specific improvement proposals derived from the analyses, with the goal of enhancing the efficiency and quality of the services provided.
