Motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem odměňování a motivací zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, kdy první se zabývá teoretickými východisky, ze kterých vychází část analytická. Druhá část práce se věnuje představení vybrané společnosti, popisu současného systému odměňování a motivace a následné analýzy dat získaných pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V poslední části jsou na základě informací zjištěných v analytické části zpracovány návrhy a doporučení pro společnost.The thesis deals with the system of remuneration and motivation of employees in the selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts, the first of which deals with the theoretical background, from which the analytical part is based. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the introduction of the selected company, description of the current system of remuneration and motivation and data collection through a questionnaire survey. In the last part, based on the information found in the analytical part, proposals are developed and recommendations for the company.
