Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přesnosti strojírenských výrobků v zakázkové výrobě s důrazem na parametry textury povrchu. Ve spolupráci s firmou byla bakalářská práce řešena na konkrétní modelové zakázce děrovací matrice. Bakalářská práce dále porovnává měření, vyhodnocení a posouzení shody parametrů textury povrchu podle starého a nového přístupu. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou uvedeny konkrétní návrhy na změny při měření a vyhodnocení parametrů textury povrchu.This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of dimensional accuracy of engineering products in custom manufacturing, with a focus on surface texture parameters. The research was carried out in cooperation with a company and is based on a specific model order involving a punching die. The thesis compares the mesurement, evaluation, and confirmity assessment of surface texture parameters using both the old and new approaches. Based on the findings, specific recommendations for changes in the measurement and evaluation of surface texture parameters are proposed.
