| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozšíření investičního portfolia fondu kvalifikovaných investorů. Teoretická část specifikuje pojmy a právní úpravu pro fungování fondů kvalifikovaných investorů v České republice a teoretické vymezení finanční analýzy. V praktické části je vymezen statut fondu, strategie fondu a požadavky managementu. Podle těchto kritérií jsou vybrány společnosti, které jsou podrobeny finanční analýze, mezipodnikovému srovnání a bankrotnímu modelu. Ze zjištěných výsledků jsou vyvozeny závěry a vlastní doporučení pro rozšíření investičního portfolia fondu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the expansion of the investment portfolio of a hedge fund. The theoretical part specifies the concepts and legal regulation for the functioning of a hedge funds in the Czech Republic and the theoretical definition of financial analysis. The practical part defines the fund statute, fund strategy and management requirements. According to these criteria, companies are selected to be subjected to financial analysis, inter-company comparison and bankruptcy model. From the results, conclusions are drawn and custom recommendations are made to expand the fund's investment portfolio. | en |
