DŮM NA HRANĚ - Valašské Meziříčí, ulice Sokolská

Abstract

Stavebný pozemok sa nachádza južne od centra mesta Valašské Meziříčí. Názov zadania Dům na hraně je výstižným opisom jeho polohy. Parcela leží medzi ulicami Sokolská, ktorá je jednou z hlavných komunikácií v meste a tvorí okruh v mieste bývalých mestských hradieb, a Poláškova, ktorú môžeme považovať za hlavný vjazd do centra mesta. Pozemok teda tvorí hradbu alebo hranu medzi centrom a priľahlou sídliskovou zástavbou. Dnes je na tomto pozemku verejné parkovisko, čo je možno škoda, lebo miesto má dobrý potenciál hlavne pre jeho kľúčovú polohu v rámci mestskej štruktúry a v mojom návrhu som sa snažila tento potenciál čo najlepšie využívať.Building area is located south of downtown Valašské Meziříčí. The plot is located between the streets Sokol, one of the main roads in the city and is the circuit in place of the former city walls, and Polášková, which can be considered as the main entrance to the city center. Land is therefore the wall or the edge between the center and the adjacent housing estate buildings. Today is this area used for public parking, which can be a shame because the place has good potential, especially for its central location within the urban structure and in my design, I tried use this potencial as much as possible.
