Abstract

Kostel, pivovar, škola... a co bude dál? Kostel, škola nebo pivovar? To je ta správná otázka. Tato diplomová práce otevírá téma obnovy a rekonstrukce památek. Poukazuje na potenciál opuštěných staveb, které se mohou stát hodnotnou součástí městského života a klade důraz na propojení minulostí se současností prostřednictvím architektury. Cílem návrhu je revitalizace chátrajícího objektu a jeho transformace v společenské centrum s respektem k historii místa. Projekt zahrnuje restauraci, kavárnu, Centrum dětí a mládeže, mezonetové apartmány a přilehlou zahradu. Klíčovým aspektem je využití moderních technologií a současných architektonických principů v harmonii s historickým kontextem.Church, brewery, school... and what's next? Church, school or brewery? That's the right question. This thesis opens the topic of restoration and reconstruction of monuments. It highlights the potential of abandoned buildings to become a valuable part of urban life and emphasises the link between the past and the present through architecture. The aim of the proposal is to revitalise a dilapidated building and transform it into a social centre with respect for the history of the site. The project includes a restaurant, a café, a Children and Youth Centre, duplex apartments and an adjacent garden. A key aspect is the use of modern technology and contemporary architectural principles in harmony with the historical context.
