dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce je vymezit základní pojmy používané při oceňování dle zákona, definování základních druhů cen a metod oceňování nemovitostí. Tato práce dále řeší vliv účelu nemovitosti na její cenu. Hodnocenou nemovitostí je budova v centru města Brna. Pro zvolenou budovu jsou následně z pohledu prodeje i pronájmu zhodnoceny 3 druhy využití nemovitosti a v závěru stanovena nejvýnosnější varianta využití.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the thesis is to define basic concepts according to the law, defining the basic types of prices and methods of valuation of real estates. This work further solves the influence of the purpose of the real estate on its price. The property is located in the center of Brno. The selected building wonder about 3 types of use of real estate and they are evaluated in terms of sale and lease and, in the end, the most profitable option is used.	en
