dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je řešení území mezi ulicí Benešova a Koliště přímo v centru města Brna. Navržené objekty reagují na charakter okružní třídy jako pás parků střídajících se s budovami celoměstského významu. Do severního cípu řešeného území umisťuji hmotu administrativního bloku, jehož umístění respektuje uliční čáry a průhledové osy navazujících ulic. Hmota bloku je pak kolmo k ulici Benešova rozdělena tak, aby umožnila volný průchod územím oběma směry. Hlavní funkcí v objektu je administrativa, doplňkovými funkcemi jsou obchodní prostory, kavárna a přechodné ubytování – hotel.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is solution of the area between Benešova street and Koliště street in the city center of Brno. The proposed objects respond to the character of the circular street as a belt of parks alternating with buildings of citywide importance. I have placed an administrative block to the northern part of the area, which location respects the street lines and the sight axes follow-up streets. The mass of the block is then perpendicular to the Benešova street divided into two parts to allow free passage of territory in both directions.. The main function of the building is administration, additional functions are business facilities, shops, cafe and temporary accommodation – hotel.en
