NOVÝ ŽIVOT PRO MĚSTSKÝ PIVOVAR

Abstract

Pivovar, nachádzajúci sa vo výnimočne atraktívnej polohe v tesnej blízkosti centra mesta, má obrovský potenciál stať sa významným spoločenským a kultúrnym bodom regiónu. Cieľom práce je vdýchnuť nový život tomuto zanedbanému priestoru, pričom návrh rešpektuje jeho historickú hodnotu a zároveň reflektuje súčasné potreby obyvateľov. Navrhované riešenie počíta s premenou areálu na multifunkčný komunitný priestor, ktorý ponúka široké spektrum aktivít pre všetky vekové kategórie. Pre deti a mládež sú pripravené tanečné sály a priestory na vzdelávacie krúžky, zatiaľ čo dospelí návštevníci môžu využiť koncertnú sálu, tanečný priestor na plesy a štýlovú reštauráciu, kde sa bude čapovať lokálne pivo ako symbol pokračovania pivovarníckej tradície. Projekt zdôrazňuje prepojenie minulosti s budúcnosťou a usiluje sa o revitalizáciu areálu ako živého centra kultúry, oddychu a stretávania.

The brewery, located in an exceptionally attractive location in close proximity to the city center, has enormous potential to become a significant social and cultural point of the region. The aim of the work is to breathe new life into this neglected area, while the design respects its historical value and at the same time reflects the current needs of the residents. The proposed solution envisages the transformation of the area into a multifunctional community space, offering a wide range of activities for all age groups. For children and youth, dance halls and spaces for educational groups are prepared, while adult visitors can use the concert hall, dance space for balls and a stylish restaurant, where local beer will be served as a symbol of the continuation of the brewing tradition. The project emphasizes the connection of the past with the future and strives to revitalize the area as a vibrant center of culture, relaxation and meeting.
