dc.description.abstractV práci je podán stručný přehled anatomie ucha, sluchových funkcí, nemocí a vad postihujících sluchové ustrojí. Dále jsou uvedeny první nápady implantátů a jejich materiálů, jsou zde popsány středoušní implantáty používané v dnešní době a nejmodernější operační postupy, příslušná legislativa a reakce organismu na implantát. Praktická část se skládá ze sběru klinických dat obsahujících zejména počty a typy operací, vzdušné a slovní audiometrie a z následného statistického zhodnocení. V závěru práce jsou diskutovány a zhodnoceny výsledky statistik.cs
dc.description.abstractThe paper is a brief overview of anatomy of the ear, hearing screening, diseases and disorders affecting the organ of hearing. Next, there are listed the first ideas implants and their materials and there are described middle ear implants used nowadays and the latest surgical procedures, relevant legislation and the reaction of the body on the implant. The practical part will consist of collecting clinical data comprise the number and types of operations, air and speech audiometry and subsequent statistical evaluation. At the conclusion will be discussed and reviewed the statistics.en
