Doc. Palaščak upozornil na nedostatečné zdůvodnění dopravního řešení. komise se shodovala také na podcenění stavebního řešení. Komunitnímu aspektu by pomohlo lepší řešení vnitrobloku.cs

dc.description.abstractPráca sa zaoberá témou Baugruppe a jej aplikovaním v meste Rosice. Ide o prístup k bývaniu, ktorý je v súčastnosti využívaný v niektorých krajinách západnej Európy, no v Českej republike nemá ešte veľké zastúpenie. Ide o reakciu na súčastný stav dostupnosti bývania v Čechách a o poukázanie na tip bývania s dobrým pomerom kvality a ceny. Zároveň ide o priblíženie tejto témy bývania spoločnosti. Práca naväzuje na preddiplomovú prácu, v ktorej boli riešené tri parcely mesta Rosice a hľadanie rôznych prístupov ako riešiť dané územie. Diplom je reakcia na jednu z vybraných parciel so samotným návrhom objektu s participatívným bývanim.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis deals with the topic of Baugruppe and its application in the town of Rosice. It is an approach to housing that is currently used in some countries of Western Europe, but is not yet well represented in the Czech Republic. It is a response to the current state of housing affordability in the Czech Republic and to highlight a housing tip with a good quality/price ratio. At the same time, it is about bringing this topic of housing closer to the society. The thesis is related to the pre-diploma thesis, in which three parcels of the town of Rosice were dealt with and different approaches to deal with the area were sought. The diploma is a response to one of the selected parcel with the actual design of a building with participatory housing.en
