dc.description.abstractŘešené území se nachází v městské části Brno Komín. Tato část má charakter spíše menšího města s jasně patrnými pozůstatky původní vesnické zástavby. Při návrhu obytného souboru tvořeného třípodlažním bytovým domem, a dvoupodlažními atriovými rodinnými domy a domy volně stojícími bylo využito přirozeného reliéfu pozemku. Zástavba dále respektuje drobnější měřítko okolní zástavby. Doprava je řešená pomocí jednosměrné komunikace. Také zde je využito spádu původního terénu. Základním konceptem je uvolnění středové části pozemku, kde vstoupí do popředí chodec. Jsou navrženy tři typy hmot; bytový dům, který je umístěn v západní části pozemku, a dva typy rodinných domů téměř lemující hranice pozemku. Toto řešení umožnilo uvolnění středové části, která nyní může být využita jako prostor pro pěší směřující k závěru pozemku. Tato část je obohacena o dětská hřiště a plochy k relaxaci. Závěr pozemku tvoří velmi svažitý terén, který je upraven do parkové podoby. Tam, kde je terén opět mírnější, je navržen multifunkční pavilon, sloužící jako tzv. „meeting point“.cs
dc.description.abstractThe studied area is located in the city of Brno Komin . This part is a rather small town with a clearly noticeable remains of the original village buildings.When designing a residential complex consisting of a three-storey residential building and two-storey atrium family houses and free-standing houses were used the natural relief of the land. The installation also respects smaller scale surroundings . Transportation is solved by one-way communication. Also, there is used the slope of the original terrain. The basic concept is to release the central part of the plot , which comes into the foreground walker . They are designed three types of fuel ; apartment building , which is located in the western part of the plot , and two types of houses almost bordering the property line . This solution allowed the release of the central part of which can now be used as a space for pedestrians towards the end of the plot . This part is enriched with playgrounds and areas for relaxation. Conclusion The land consists of very steep terrain , which is modified to form a park . Where the terrain again milder designed multifunctional pavilion , serving as Meeting point .en
