| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá alternativním řešením současné podoby zdravotní a sociální péče o seniory. Naráží na problém přílišné specializace péče, kvůli které se zhoršující se stav klienta odráží na nutnosti častější změny prostředí. Práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, jenž zkoumal rozdíly mezi různými typy péče. Tam, kde je to smysluplné, navrhuje skloubit jednotlivé typy péče do koherentního celku – stabilního domova. Ten nabízí kontinuitu péče, stálost vztahů mezi klienty a zároveň k personálu a neměnnost prostředí. Stabilní domov je představen v podobě obecněji aplikovatelné typologie a následně otestován na konkrétním návrhu domova na náměstí Míru v Brně. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis deals with alternative solutions to the current form of health and social care for the elderly. It addresses the problem of over-specialisation of care, which results in the deteriorating condition of the client requiring more frequent changes of care settings. The thesis builds on a pre-diploma project that explored the differences between different types of care. Where meaningful, it proposes to combine the different types of care into a coherent whole - a stable home. This offers continuity of care, stability of relationships between clients and also to staff, and constancy of environment. The stable home is presented in the form of a more generally applicable typology and then tested on a specific design for a home on náměstí Míru in Brno. | en |
