| dc.description.abstract | ANOTACE Jednou z významnějším kvalit města Znojma je jeho nesporný kulturní význam. Vzhledem k faktu, že se jedná o jediné takto veliké město v celém okrese, nabízí nesporný potenciál k vytvořená multikulturního centra nadregionálního významu Řešené území se nachází na parcele na okraji meandru řeky Dyje a doplňuje městskou krajinnou vedutu. Leží v blízkosti centra spádovosti, tedy železniční stanice a autobusového terminálu. Samotná stavba je navržená jako multikulturní centrum, které navíc čerpá maximum ze své lokace a nabízí jedinečnou možnost vystoupat kolem sálu až na samotnou střechu a vychtnat si výkled jak do údolí řeky, tak k městu. | cs |
