Zlepšení výrobního procesu

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou firmy na výrobu mliečnych výrobkov, konkrétne zrejúceho syra, so zámerom zanalyzovať momentálnu situáciu v spoločnosti a navrhnúť možné zlepšenia. V prvej časti práce sa píše o teoretických pojmoch, ktoré budú neskôr v práci použité v praxi, ako napríklad dopyt, ponuka, výroba, diagram príčin a následkov, proces, zlepšenie proscesu a tak ďalej. V analytickej časti sú popísané konkrétne analýzy ako popis organizačnej štruktúry alebo hlavné procesy spoločnosti. A v poslednej návrhovej časti sa práca venuje možným návrhom na zlepšenie situácie vo firme.This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of a dairy product production company, specifically ripening cheese, with the aim of analyzing the current situation in the company and suggesting improvements. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical concepts that will be used later in practice in the work, such as demand, supply, production, cause and effect diagram, process, process improvement, and so on. The analytical part describes specific analyses such as a description of the organizational structure or the main processes of the company. And in the last proposal part, the thesis is devoted to suggestions for improving the situation in the company.
