Hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti a návrh implementace Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na hodnotenie súčasnej výkonnosti spoločnosti ABC a.s. s využitím finančnej a strategickej analýzy. Na základe výsledkov analýz navrhuje model Balanced Scorecard, ktorý je možné do spoločnosti integrovať a zvýšiť tak jej výkonnosť. Práca obsahuje teoretickú časť zameranú na objasnenie pojmov spojených s výkonnosťou podniku. Nasleduj predstavenie spoločnosti a analytická časť, ktorá pomocou analýz hodnotí súčasnú výkonnosť spoločnosti. Poslednou časťou práce je návrh modelu Balanced Scorecard obohatený o prínosy implementácie a analýzu potenciálnych riziká.The master’s thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current performance of company ABC a.s. using financial and strategic analysis. Based on results of the analysis, proposes a Balanced Scorecard model that can be integrated into the company and improve performance. The thesis contains a theoretical part focused at clarifying the concepts related to the business performance. Followed by company introduction and an analytical part that uses analysis to evaluate the current performance of the company. The last part of the thesis is the proposal of the Balanced Scorecard model enriched with the benefits of implementation and analyse of potential risks.
