Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje výhody a možnosti, sociálních podniků v České republice. Prozkoumává rozvoj sociálního podnikání u české firmy, s cílem prozkoumat její schopnost využívat výhody spojené s jejím statusem sociálního podniku. Teoretická část práce definuje klíčové pojmy spojené se sociálním podnikáním a integračními sociálními podniky. Analytická část se zaměřuje na identifikaci vnitřních a vnějších faktorů, které ovlivňují fungování společnosti a její připravenost na přechod na integrační sociální podnik. Návrhová část spojuje získané poznatky a navrhuje konkrétní kroky pro zlepšení využívání dostupných výhod a zajištění dlouhodobé udržitelnosti společnosti.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the advantages and possibilities of social enterprises in the Czech Republic. It explores the development of social entrepreneurship in a Czech firm to examine its ability to utilize the benefits associated with its social enterprise status. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key concepts related to social entrepreneurship and integrative social enterprises. The analytical part focuses on identifying internal and external factors influencing the company's functioning and its readiness to transition to an integrative social enterprise. The proposal part summarizes the findings and proposes concrete steps to improve the use of the available benefits and ensure the long-term sustainability of the company.
