The author worked independently, without the possibility of continuous consultations. The chosen topic is topical and has a very good potential. The main shortcoming of the thesis as such is its general concept, especially in the design part, and little emphasis on elaboration of specific development steps. Questions What should the processing of the 7S analysis look like? What would a plan of concrete steps of implementation of the proposed measures look like?

Splnění stanovených cílů	C	The objectives of the thesis are defined in a clear structure of main and sub-objectives. The objectives are related to the solution of a specific company problem. The sub-objectives are modified in the text of the thesis compared to the assignment. However, the main focus and logic are maintained.
Zvolený postup řešení, adekvátnost použitých metod	D	The chosen methodological approach corresponds to the defined problem and the stated objectives. The methodological definition of the analytical part is rather descriptive, but it defines how the author approaches the solution. The major part of the theoretical part is devoted to the definition of social entrepreneurship. It would be advisable to reduce this section and devote more space to the issue of firm development activities. The author deals with it only by a brief description of the business model. The remaining part of the theoretical background is devoted to analytical approaches. There is no summary evaluation of the theoretical part.
Schopnost interpretovat dosažené výsledky a vyvozovat z nich závěry	C	The analytical part is given to introduce the company. A detailed description of the business model is accompanied by a graphical representation. It would be useful to clearly define the linkages in this model as well as highlight areas for improvement. The SLEPT analysis presents an overview of basic general information. It would be useful to link it more closely to the topic at hand. Some information is given twice - information on company tax on page 52. For some sections only general impacts are given - inflation, unemployment or GDP without detailed assessment and specific data. The overall SLEPT summary is similarly general. The assessment using the 7S model is more of a description of the individual components. What is missing is an assessment of the interconnectedness of the different areas. From this it would be possible to better define the scope for improvement. The Assessment of the criteria for an integrative social enterprise is substantive. The next part of the analysis is devoted to an assessment of the potential for transition to an integrative social enterprise. This logic is also applied in the summary assessment by the SWOT analysis. This should be supplemented by the background for the design part.
Praktická využitelnost výsledků	D	The introductory part is more of a continuation of the analysis and focuses on the characteristics of the initial position of the company for the transition to integration status. The following chapter provides an identification of key development areas and opportunities. These are followed by more general recommendations of steps and a plan for implementation, and a summary of benefits and risks. Given that the objective of the design section was “...to clearly formulate the development activities of the enterprise, the procedure of their implementation, the evaluation of the assumptions of the implementation of the proposed measures and the evaluation of their benefits.” It is only meeting this objective at a sufficient level. This is due to the aforementioned generality of the proposed measures.

The objective of the thesis was to propose a development approach for the activities of a selected company. I consider this objective to be fulfilled. The proposals are built on a solid theoretical foundation and based on well-structured analyses. The proposed solutions are relevant and of good quality; however, they could have been further elaborated, as the proposal section is only nine pages long. I positively evaluate the chosen topic as well as the analytical part, which is comprehensive and well-supported by sources. The outcomes are applicable in practice. On the negative side, the proposal section deserved more attention and development. Nevertheless, the thesis meets the expected academic standards. I recommend the thesis for defense.
