Implementace projektového managementu ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje implementaci projektového řízení ve vybrané společnosti. Vybraná společnost je zde míněna firma ve které pracuji a tou je SGB-CZECH Trafo s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do třech hlavních kapitol. První kapitola tvoří teoretickou část, ve které jsou charakterizovány a popsány tři projektové metodiky (PMI, Prince2 a IPMA). Druhá kapitola se věnuje popsání nynějšího stavu projektového řízení a porovnání s předchozími metodikami a následným výzkumem, který proběhl za účelem zjištění nedostatků současného stavu projektového managementu ve firmě. Získané výsledky výzkumu budou následně využity k formulaci návrhů na zlepšení, které budou předloženy v závěrečné kapitole a jejichž východiskem budou teoretické poznatky uvedené v první kapitole této práce.This master thesis focuses on the implementation of project management in a selected company. The selected company means the company I work for, which is SGB-CZECH Trafo s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter consists of a theoretical part in which three project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2 and IPMA) are characterized and described. The second chapter is devoted to the description of the current state of project management and comparison with previous methodologies and subsequent research conducted to identify the shortcomings of the current state of project management in the company. The research results obtained will then be used to formulate suggestions for improvement, which will be presented in the final chapter and will be based on the theoretical findings presented in the first chapter of this thesis.
