Návrh na doplnění investičního portfolia fondu kvalifikovaných investorů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh na doplnění investičního portfolia fondu kvalifikovaných investorů o akcie průmyslového sektoru, konkrétně firmy vyrábějící speciální průmyslové stroje. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako akcie, investice, fond kvalifikovaných investorů. Dále jsou rozebrány teoreticko-právní aspekty fungování fondů, poměrové ukazatele finanční analýzy, metody mezipodnikového srovnání a bankrotní modely. V praktické části jsou nejprve uvedeny základní aspekty statutu fondu a požadavky managementu, které slouží jako základ pro primární výběr společností. Tyto společnosti jsou dále podrobeny komparaci pomocí bodovací metody, která slouží také jako filtr pro vyřazení nevyhovujících firem. Zbylé společnosti jsou dále popsány, analyzovány a znovu porovnány pomocí spider analýzy. Pro ověření solventnosti je použita verifikace pomocí bankrotního modelu. V závěru je na základě výsledků použitých metod vytvořen vlastní návrh na doplnění portfolia fondu kvalifikovaných investorů.This bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal to supplement the investment portfolio of the hedge fund with stocks from the industrial sector, specifically companies in specialty industry machinery. The theoretical part explains key concepts such as stocks, investments, and qualified investor funds. It also discusses the theoretical and legal aspects of fund operations, financial analysis ratios, intercompany comparison methods, and bankruptcy models. In the practical part, the fund’s statute and the management’s requirements are first presented, which serve as the basis for the initial selection of companies. These companies are then subjected to comparison using the scoring method, which also acts as a filter for eliminating non-compliant companies. The remaining companies are then described, analyzed, and re-compared using spider analysis. To verify solvency, the companies are validated using a bankruptcy model. Based on the results of used methods, a proposal to supplement the portfolio of the hedge fund is then created.
