Meziřádková rotační plečka pro lesní školky

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem meziřádkové rotační plečky, nesené v zadní části traktoru pomocí tříbodového závěsu. Cílem práce je navrhnout plečku, která splňuje specifické rozměrové požadavky lesní školky dle zadání. V úvodní části byly představeny používané typy pleček do provozů lesních školek, společně se třemi návrhovými koncepcemi stroje. Dále je v práci popsán a představen celkový model plečky s detailnějším řešením jednotlivých částí stroje. Práce dále obsahuje výpočet potřebného výkonu k pohonu plečky, společně s pevnostními výpočty vybraných uzlů. Konečným výsledkem této práce je model plečky spolu s výkresovou dokumentací.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an inter-row rotary weeder, carried in the rear of the tractor by a three-point linkage. The aim of the thesis is to design a weeder that meets the specific dimensional requirements of the forest nursery as specified. In the introductory part, the types of weeding machines used in forest nursery operations were presented, together with three machine design concepts. Furthermore, the overall model of the weeder is described and presented in the paper, together with a detailed design of the individual machine parts. The thesis also includes the calculation of the power required to drive the harvester, together with strength calculations of selected nodes. The result of this work is the model of the weeder together with the drawing documentation.
