Po fukušimská opatření v jaderné energetice

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá opatřeními přijatými v jaderné energetice po havárii jaderné elektrárny Fukušima Daiichi v roce 2011. Práce se zaměřuje na technické parametry elektrárny a průběh havárie. Analyzuje přístup k zátěžovým testům, technickým opatřením, modernizaci a změnám regulace v České republice, Japonsku, Jižní Koreji, Francii, Německu, USA a Kanadě. Součástí práce je srovnání provedených bezpečnostních opatření realizovaných v uvedených zemích. Toto srovnání umožňuje zjistit rozdíly a podobnosti v přístupu k posílení jaderné bezpečnosti v jednotlivých zemích. Práci doplňují vlastní fotografie technických opatření havarijní připravenosti v jaderné elektrárně Temelín po havárii.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the measures taken in the nuclear power industry after the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant accident in 2011. The thesis focuses on the technical parameters of the plant and the timeline of the accident. It analyses the approach to stress testing, technical measures, upgrading and regulatory changes in the Czech Republic, Japan, South Korea, France, Germany, USA and Canada. The work contains a comparison of the safety measures implemented in these countries. This comparison allows to identify differences and similarities in the approach to enhance nuclear safety in each country. The thesis is supplemented with original photographs from the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant, documenting safety measures implemented there after the Fukushima accident.
