Problematika usnadňování formalit v oblasti civilního letectví

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou leteckých předpisů s důrazem na jejich historický vývoj a současné ustanovení, přičemž hlavním cílem je detailní rozebraní předpisu L9. V první časti je stručně shrnuta historie utváření leteckých pravidel. Následující část se zaměřuje na předpis L9, který představuje klíčový dokument v oblasti usnadňování formalit v civilním letectví. Práce analyzuje účel, strukturu a hlavní požadavky tohoto předpisu, stejně jako jeho dopad na praxi a regulaci v leteckém sektoru. Bakalářská práce přispívá k rozšíření znalostí v oblasti letecké legislativy a nabízí doporučení pro budoucí piloty (a zároveň pro cestující) a optimalizace předpisu L9, což může vést ke zvýšení efektivity a bezpečnosti v leteckém provozu.This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of aviation regulations with emphasis on their historical development and current provisions, with the main objective being a detailed analysis of the L9 regulation. The first part briefly summarizes the history of the formation of aviation regulations. The following part focuses on Regulation L9, which is a key document in the field of facilitation of civil aviation formalities. The thesis analyses the purpose, structure and main requirements of this regulation, as well as its impact on practice and regulation in the aviation sector. The thesis contributes to the expansion of knowledge in the field of aviation legislation and offers recommendations for future pilots (and passengers) and optimization of the L9 regulation, which can lead to increased efficiency and safety in air traffic.
