METROPOLE ŽENEVSKÉHO JEZERA – MÉTROPOLE LÉMANIQUE

Abstract

Projekt pracuje s různými měřítky, kdy se zabývá primárně meziprostorem jako nositelem diverzity. V rámci Metropole Ženevského jezera jde o oblast mezi stávajícími dvěma póly – Ženevou a Lausanne. Předdiplomní projekt poodkryl logiku území a přišel s termínem Třetí pól metropole – jako alternativa k současným dvěma centrickým pólům. Řešené území nemá vizi do budoucna, která by ho pomáhala formovat. Dochází tak k nekoordinovanému rozrůstání zástavby do krajiny a záboru vinic, kterými je zdejší lokalita charakteristická. Může nastat situace, kdy dojde k úplnému zastavění krajiny, která se tak stane neprostupnou a slije se do jedné homogenní kaše. Projekt pracuje s ástrojem staro-nové sítě, která do území vnáší potřebnou heterogenitu (podle toho, kde se nacházíme). Díky ní by si krajina zachovala svou kvalitu a celé území by se stalo soběstačnějším. Pohled do budoucna pracuje s vývojovými scénáři. První scénář rozpracoval předdiplomní projekt, ve kterém šlo o prohloubení vztahu člověka ke krajině. Další dva řeší diplomová práce, kdy v konkrétních situacích odpovídá na potřeby daného místa.The project works with different scales, dealing primarily with the space inbetween as a carrier of diversity. Within the Lake Geneva Metropolis, it is the area between the existing two poles – Geneva and Lausanne. The pre-master thesis revealed the logic of the territory and came up with the term Third Pole of the Metropolis – as an alternative to the current two centric poles. The territory in question does not have a vision for the future to help shape it. This has led to an uncoordinated expansion of buildings into the landscape and the encroachment of the vineyards that are characteristic for the area. This could lead to a situation in which the landscape is completely built over and becomes impenetrable and merges into a homogenous mash. The project works with an old-new network that brings the necessary diversity to the area (depending on where you are). As a result, the landscape would retain its quality and the whole area would become more self-sufficient. The future view works with development scenarios. The first elaborated on the pre-diploma project, which was about deepening the human relationship with the landscape. The other two are addressed in the thesis, there the proposals respond to the needs of the place in specific situations.
