Obytný soubor na ul. Pastviny v Brně - Komíně

Abstract

Hlavním cílem práce bylo najít ideální řešení pro danou lokalitu v Brně- Komíně na ulici Pastviny a navrhnout zde obytný soubor. Okolí zadané parcely nám nabízí celkem slušnou funkční vybavenost a dobrou dostupnost. Samotná parcela je svahovaná z východní části území, kde už se nachází nezastavěné území s lesy. Na západní straně je hustá zástavba, především s obytnou funkcí. Urbanistický návrh vychází hlavně z myšlenky přirozeného pohybu člověka a jeho vnímání prostoru. Člověk má rád určitý řád, ale nevnímá geometrii striktně a můžeme si tak dovolit porušit řadovou zástavbu a přiklonit se samostatně stojícím objektům. I přesto muže být prostor vnímán jako ulice. Dalším cílem bylo zachovat svažitost terénu co nejpřirozenější. V prostoru jsou navrženy tři typy budov: rodinný dům, třípodlažní bytový dům s terasami a čtyřpodlažní bytový dům. Hmotový návrh staveb vycházel z modulu 6x6x3 m. Tento kvádr byl postupně na každé stavbě násoben a vytvořil přirozenější hmotový přechod.The main purpose was to find an ideal solution for the given area in Brno-Komín on the street Pastviny and to design a residential complex here. The surrounding of the parcel offers us a fairly good functional amenitie and good accessibility. The actual parcel has a descent from the eastern part of the territory, where it is an undeveloped territory with forests.There is a dense developement with residential use on the west side already. Urban design is mainly based on the idea of natural human movement and perception of space. A person likes certain order, but does not perceive the strict geometry and so we can afford to break the rowhouse and adhere to detached objects. Even though the space can be perceived as a street. Another purpose was to preserve the most natural descent of the terrain. The space is designed with three types of buildings: family house, three-storey block of flats with terraces and a four-storey apartment building. The weights building design is based on the module 6x6x3 m. This block has been gradually multiplied on every construction site and creates a natural substance migration.
