Studium využití TLC při analýze cathinonů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím a zneužitím cathinonů a vývoji metody tenkovrstvé chromatografie (TLC) pro jejich analýzu. Práce je komponována do dvou hlavních částí. V teoretické části jsou rozebrané návykové látky, jejich právní rámec, syntetické cathinony, jejich příprava analýza využívání/zneužívání a u vybraných cathinonů jejich mechanismus účinku. Dále se tato část zabývá možnostmi analýzy cathinonů a popisem vhodných analytických metod. Ve druhé části se práce zabývá samotným vývojem metody analýzy cathinonů pomocí chromatografie na tenké vrstvě pro využití Policií České republiky. Tento vývoj se skládá z výběru stacionární fáze, návrhu mobilní fáze a vhodných činidel. V této fázi byly provedeny syntézy vzorků pro analýzu.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the use and misuse of cathinones and the development of a thin-layer chromatography (TLC) method for their analysis. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part discusses addictive substances, their legal framework, synthetic cathinones, their synthesis, patterns of use and misuse, and, for selected cathinones, their mechanism of action. It also addresses the possibilities of cathinone analysis and describes suitable analytical methods. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the development of a TLC-based analytical method for cathinone detection intended for use by the Police of the Czech Republic. This development includes the selection of a stationary phase, the design of a mobile phase, and the identification of appropriate detection reagents. At this stage, reference samples were synthesized for analysis.
