Investiční portfolio a jeho tvorba

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem na rozšíření investičního portfolia fondu kvalifikovaných investorů o méně rizikový sektor, konkrétně zdravotnický. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a metody, které jsou následně využity v praxi. V praktické části je představen fond s popisem jeho investiční strategie a prvotní výběr akciových titulů. Následně jsou tyto tituly podrobeny finanční analýze za pomoci vybraných finančních ukazatelů. Dosažené výsledky jsou porovnány mezi sebou a je provedena verifikace prostřednictvím bankrotního modelu. Návrhová část kombinuje kvalitativní a kvantitativní faktory pro sestavení doporučeného portfolia a určení procentuálního zastoupení firem v portfoliu. V závěru práce je ověřen fakt, že nově sestavené portfolio stále odpovídá požadavkům managementu a řídí se strategií fondu.This thesis deals with a proposal to expand the investment portfolio of a qualified investor fund by including a lower-risk sector, specifically healthcare. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and methods, which are then used in practice. In the practical part, the fund is introduced with a description of its investment strategy and the initial selection of stock titles. Subsequently, these titles are subjected to financial analysis using selected financial ratios. The results obtained are compared with each other and verification is performed through a bankruptcy model. The proposal section combines qualitative and quantitative factors to construct the recommended portfolio with specified company weightings. The paper concludes by verifying that the newly constructed portfolio still meets the management’s requirements and aligns with the fund’s strategy.
